great staff but room could be improved
The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating during our five-night stay. The daily cleaning and replenishing of toiletries showed attention to detail that I appreciated.
The family room we stayed in felt a bit dated compared to other hotels I've visited.

Couple's Perfect Getaway
We stayed at a lovely place, and Andrea & Mark were superb hosts. When we arrived, they let us upgrade our room for my girlfriend's birthday, which was a really nice touch. Plus, I loved sitting outside in the garden, sipping a drink in the sun, so relaxing!
It definitely wasn't cheap, but that was still acceptable for the experience we got.

we had a fab time at the rosedene! mark and andrea were super friendly and always there if we needed anything. the room was sooo clean and cozy with lots of cute little touches. loved the breakfast too, so filling with lots of choices. it's in a great spot, close to everything!
the only downside was finding parking can be tricky and the road can get busy. also, maybe some more variety in fruit teas would be nice.

Super friendly hosts and great vibes!
Had such a fab stay! Andrea and Mark were super helpful, always around to chat and lend a hand. The room was clean, comfy, and looked great! Loved having a drink from the bar selection too. Just a heads up, parking's a bit tricky since it's first come, first served, but we managed fine. Would totally recommend!

The inviting lounge area offered a relaxing spot to unwind with drinks, making it a perfect place to enjoy some downtime.
